In town it tends to be drains, hot water and bathrooms. Out of town, more places run on rainwater tanks, septic systems and gas bottles, so one visit can take in a pump, a hot water unit and an LPG cooktop.

Do you look after tanks and pumps out on the blocks?
Yes. If the pump’s playing up or a new tank needs connecting, ring Craig. The rainwater tanks page has the full list.
My older house has blocked drains again. What now?
Craig jets the line clear, then runs the drain camera through to see why it keeps happening. If a pipe is cracked or full of roots, he'll show you and price the repair.
How far away are you?
Just down the road. Our base is in Williamstown, the next town south.
