Information on this site

We aim to keep everything on this website accurate and up to date, but it's provided as general information only. Service availability and inclusions are confirmed at the time of quoting. The photos show real past jobs, but every job is different.

Quotes & estimates

Quotes are free, and you don’t have to go ahead. Sending an enquiry or quote request through this site doesn't create a contract. We'll be in touch to discuss the job, confirm details and agree pricing before any work begins. Any figure given before Craig has inspected the job is an estimate only; agreed pricing is confirmed in writing or on site before work starts. The price we agree on is the price you pay.

Site attendance & access

For booked work we ask that you provide safe, clear access to the work area (and to fixtures like the hot water service, meter or drain inspection points where relevant). If we arrive at an agreed time and can't access the property, we'll contact you to rebook. For after-hours emergency call-outs we'll confirm any call-out arrangements with you by phone before attending.

Payment

Payment terms are set out on your quote or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable on completion of the work. For larger projects such as bathroom renovations, staged payments may be agreed as part of the quote. If anything on an invoice is unclear, call Hayley in the office on (08) 8472 9507 and we'll sort it out.

Licensing & guarantees

Piper Plumbing & Gas is a licensed plumbing and gas fitting business, LIC PGE341299. All plumbing and gas fitting work is carried out by a licensed plumber and gasfitter in accordance with the relevant Australian standards and South Australian regulations. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you ever have a concern about our workmanship, contact us and we'll make it right.
